The products will be sent with UPS cargo services or airmail delivery according to your choice.You can track your order online if you choice UPS express shipping. There is no online tracking information for standart airmail. Our goods are insured against accidents , casualties or hurt by our delivery services.

Return Policy

Any damaged items be returned for within 10 days. Upon receipt of the item, we will changed it by the same item.Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
We give life-time guarantee for meerschaum. Any damage caused by intentionally or accidentally and any damage, except bowl burnout or bowl cracks, to the pipe shank and/or mouthpiece is not covered by this warranty.
All returns must be in as-shipped condition .
Sorry, no refunds can be made after 10 days.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless we made an error. Please contact us at order@MeerschaumStore.com  and please reference your order number.
In the case of defective product , please contact us at support@MeerschaumStore.com  for information on obtaining replacement product.
Brightness, reflections and/or any seemingly faults of any pictures are the results of photographic errors. Non of our products have defects.
A defective item can only be replaced by the same item. Another can not be substituted .
